A thing I find strange about this book is it was too ubiquitous about the tie-ins to The Force Awakens (It's not hard to guess that Kylo Ren wanted Darth Vader's lightsaber) and the lack of movie characters except Admiral Ackbar and Mon Mothma is a nice break from the usual as most movie characters are Han, Chewbacca, C-3PO, R2-D2, Luke, Leia, and Darth Vader and nice to see a few original characters that weren't clones and remember, the characters of The Clone Wars could've been called bad fan characters.

I couldn't even make it through the "free sample" portion of this ebook.
The writing style is choppy and short; it's irritating to read a
4-to-5-word sentence fragment and then stop for EVERY SENTENCE. I'm a
college-educated adult who enjoys Jane Austen and Orson Scott Card, so this
was almost insulting to slog through. I'm also a purist and I typically
will start at the beginning of a series to get a full backstory, and I also
LOVE Star Wars, but I think I'll have to skip straight to Last Shot....
It's that bad.

Like so many other reviewers. I could not get past the 4th page. Writting style was confusingly choppy. Five word sentences. Very jumbled and bizarre. So much potential wasted. Thankfully Google allows returns.
