Across six continents, he photographed his hosts at home, at work, and at play, and in doing so, captured the essence of each person and place. Gabriele Galimberti is the author of In Her Kitchen and Toy Stories. His work has appeared in Newsweek, Le Monde, Le Temps, Vanity Fair, and Slate, among others. His photographs and stories have led to partnerships with companies such as Illy and Couchsurfing.com. He lives in Italy.
