Tao is a Cosmic Energy from which every sentient being is originated. It is empty space, it is timeless.. Human being have origination from this cosmic energy which too is present since innate.. We are energy, our thoughts are energy, everything in world is Energy's cannot be created or destroyer.. We are creator not actor..! If we practice loving kindness sans ego, and make mind emptying, we attain certain intuitive power by cultivation of mind and body and know our true nature, you attain Nirvana in this life itself, as we are born to balance our karmas to attained Zero state, total emptiness and become one with subtle Universal Consciousness, spiritual awareness, or mindfulness..!
