About this ebook

THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLING DIET BOOK PHENOMENON

If you’ve ever suspected that not everyone should eat the same thing or do the same exercise, you’re right. In fact, what foods we absorb well and how our bodies handle stress differ with each blood type.

Your blood type reflects your internal chemistry. It is the key that unlocks the mysteries of disease, longevity, fitness, and emotional strength. It determines your susceptibility to illness, the foods you should eat, and ways to avoid the most troubling health problems.

Based on decades of research and practical application, Eat Right 4 Your Type offers an individualized diet-and-health plan that is right for you.

In this revised and updated edition of Eat Right 4 Your Type, you will learn:
• Which foods, spices, teas, and condiments will help maintain your optimal health and ideal weight
• Which vitamins and supplements to emphasize or avoid
• Which medications function best in your system
• Whether your stress goes to your muscles or to your nervous system
• Whether your stress is relieved better through aerobics or meditation
• Whether you should walk, swim, or play tennis or golf as your mode of exercise

A doctor told me I'd never be able to have children. I just so happened to get introduced to this book because I was already health conscious. I immediately started following the diet for my blood type and in less than a month I was pregnant and I was not trying to get pregnant at all. This healthy eating plan changed my entire life for the better. I Highly recommend this book. It's very detailed and quite simple to follow.

I'm pretty sure you guys were curious about this book because you wanted to become more healthier. But as soon as he suggest that you eat healthy and cut back meat, y'all wanna talk bad about the book. Gain some self control and diet or you can complain and die slow! Your choice!!

I have three of the books the Author wrote. I loved each one of them because they showed me what I've been eating for 45 years is what's been causing my body to hurt and ache so much. Once I stopped eating the bad items almost all the issues I've had for two decades have gone away and only returned when I tried eating them again...so I stopped it all for good. Knowing what's healthy for me gave me back all the power I needed to take back control of my body and health.
