I was never a fan of Rhev until I read this book. Each and every book in the series gives me more background on each character and makes me fall in love with them for different reason.

I lovstory of Rhev. Thies the back e and do, just make a living was so similar of what many experience in life. His gentle love for Ehlena was so sweet. I was rooting for them from the very begining. Love the fact Ehlena was a nurse ( yes, I am nurse too-- so it definitely hit home). Even more so her compassion and acceptance of Rehv reminded me of Mr. Rogers " I love you just the way you are."

I really enjoy this series. You get to know the characters on a personal level. I always find myself laughing out loud, addicted, and sometimes I cry. I happened upon this series many years ago and glad that I did. I always look forward to a new one. All around great read!
