Amanda Grange has breathed even greater life into the already beloved character of Colonel Brandon by fleshing out the story of his own history and that of his love for his doomed Eliza. Ms. Grange's hero is true in every sense of the word and is the finest example of a man I've found in any literature, new or old.
About the author
Amanda Grange grew up reading Jane Austen and Georgette Heyer novels, which perhaps is the best preparation for a career as a romance writer. She is the author of more than 20 novels, including Mr. Knightley’s Diary and Mr. Darcy’s Diary, and lives in Cheshire, England.
