Must for yoga teachers and anyone seeking therapeutic yoga

The first 34 pages are solid gold for yoga teachers! Sequencing, adaptation, repetition versus stay, breathwork. The book is filled with therapeutic sequences. Just fabulous!
I have taken many of Gary Kraftsow's workshops at yoga conferences over the years and his stuff (Viniyoga) is subtle, yet incredibly powerful--which is just cool. His background as a physical therapist couples with his direct tutelage under Krishnamacharya's son, Desikachar, making him an incredibly wise teacher and this book a must have. I keep hoping he'll add to it and do an expanded, glossy edition...
