My cholesterol was off the charts and to avoid a triple by-pass, I converted to a plant based diet. This book came highly recommended. I am a personal chef and can attest that Low-No fat doesn't mean food has to be tasteless or boring. In the beginning, I followed the recipes to a T and within 6 months my cholesterol levels dropped within a normal range and I was able to avoid medication or surgery. This is a great go-to book for quick, easy, flavor-rich, heart healthy recipes. My favorite recipe is the Creamy Green Onion Soup recipe...I use it as a soup base for my low fat creamed soups like broccoli, cauliflower or spinach.

This man knows his stuff. I tested it and am very thankful for his wonderful book. My health has improved 100%. I have more energy than I every had, and I am 61 years old. My health problems disappeared. All his books are very informative, and worth purchasing.

I was disappointed the calorie and carb count wasn't include with the recipes.
