Having read one other offering from Mills, which I very much enjoyed, I
jumped on this one expecting a similar experience. While it had it's
moments, they were few and far between. The saddest part of this comment is
that I'm only half way through the book. The keep it simple, stupid,
formula would have served Mills best. His obvious writing talents became
muddled by the introduction of too many characters, subplots and locations.
More involvement and personal interplay of the Colomboesque Mark Beaman
would have gone a long way toward keeping my interest.

I haven't read a book this good for years. I love the characters but it's over way too soon. good book!

A gripping book which takes you in and holds you turning pages untill the breath taking final page.
