About the author

Doug Crandell is an author and essayist living in Douglasville, Georgia. He is the author of five books, including Fear Came to Town. He also writes short stories and essays, which have been included in anthologies such as Mother Knows: 24 Tales of Motherhood; Stories from the Blue Moon Café: Anthology of Southern Writers; and When I Was a Loser: True Stories of Barely Surviving High School.
