The structure is not clear. The same idea is worded differently to make a chapter, and all the chapters are not even organized with a writing and logical flow. I'm sure the author has some good ideas, but could write it in a more precise and logical way. It reads as trying to establish so hard that it overplayed itself.

Mostly trite admonishments to be different backed by out dated examples. There's no substance after the first chapter.
