I used this when I was in college (20+ years ago) to drop about 10-15 pounds and it really worked to slim my thighs. Unfortunately, I misplaced my original book and have looked high and low to find it in the marketplace, and was thrilled to find it on GooglePlay. The exercises are easy and effective and the diet portion is basic and healthy. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight and get in shape, especially if you struggle with keeping your thighs toned. The author is inspirational...she wrote the original book when she was around 40 years old and now (upon writing the revised edition) she is in her late 50's and is still going strong! It really brings home the point that you can't just get in shape once...you have to work at staying in shape. Fortunately, this book makes it pretty darn simple. I love it!
