Customer Reviews
All common sense, but nothing really new
Everything in the book is standard training info, nothing new, and nothing a subscription to Runner's World wouldn't get you. That being said it is an easy read and it's all in one place with a couple of interesting anecdotes and guides on facing the challenges at different mileage points throughout.
I was hoping for more, especially in the areas of training and nutrition, but the training calendar looks ok.
