4 stars, A good man BRIGHT EYES (KENDRICK/COULTER/HARRIGAN, #5) by Catherine Anderson I used to judge all books by Catherine Anderson's books. I found that so many of her novels made me laugh and also cry. But, then small vulgarities were added to them and I found myself veering away from that measuring stick. This is a contemporary romance, but also a suspense novel. #catherineanderson #KendrickCoulterHarriganSeries #contemporaryfiction #singet

A captivating addition to Catherine Anderson's Kendrick-Coulter-Harrigan saga! Zeke Coulter's run in with next door neighbor Natalie's belligerent son draws you into this heartwarming story featuring a beautiful divorcee with two unforgettable children. There is humor, supplied mainly by Natalie's parents and grandpa, as well as the suspense that revolves around the murder of Natalie's ex-husband. After reading Bright Eyes, if you're not already a Catherine Anderson fan, you'll become one.

Such a sweet love story with the twist and turns of a murder involved. A guard/attack goose and a 4 year old little girl going on 20. A preteen boy with anger issues and a crazy family. The action never stops. You will not want to put it down.
