How to say it for women and/executives
As a Learning an OD consultant for 20 years teaching and coaching communication and influence skills....this is one of the best books I have read. We're always coaching people on improving non verbals vs. content. This book addresses pragmatic grammar principles. Word choice; word sequence and speaking in active vs. Passive voice makes a significant difference. My emails and in person interactions continue to become more compelling and succinct.
