This book is almost entirely useless in ebook form. Starting on page 26, all the tables are displayed as images rather than text. The pages are out of order. And the tables split across pages in an unusable manner. Oh, and the images won't display on my phone (Nexus 4) or tablet (Nexus 7) at all. Find something else.

Only the first 3 pages are available in the free preview. You don't actually get to see how the information is presented. Very sad that this is what they put out as a free preview.
