The book's main idea is explaining the 4 steps (relabel, reframe, refocus & revalue). Applying these 4 steps helps to remove bad habits and addiction. I really loved the explanation of theories such as the Quantum Zeno Effect and Hebbs Law. This book also teaches some refocus exercises that can be used by anyone. Lastly the most important part of the book is the examples used by the authors. The characters' problems and issues were real life situations that is relatable anyone. The author also shares what goes through in the mind of the characters and how they overcome their problems and kick out the bad habits using the 4 step process.
