The book's plot doesn't match the description. This is more like a prequel to David Brin's "The Postman", illustrating the collapse of civilization. It has nothing to do with the protagonists using 19th century technology to get back into space, as alluded to by the description provided.

After having read all 3 "bounds" I feel like the author had some idea he wanted to express but could not quite get the thought into words.

Only 25 pages of a 175 page book downloaded to my smart phone. All my other books downloaded satisfactorily so it's not my phone. I want my money back. Forrest Addy
