This was an excellent story, moreso than I expected. It was a pleasant surprise. I like Lisa's humor and the storyline was really good. It wasn't Dresden Files or Team 666 with non stop action, but the action scenes in this book were a lot of fun. I would recommend that the author put more action scenes into her next series of books. My favorite surprise about this novel was the characters. I did not expect to like the female lead as much as I did. And her coworkers were pretty cool, too.
