Wish It Was an Easier Read

So much fluff covering (“explaining?”) The science that it actually makes it hard to read. I also could REALLY do without all the religious and biblical references. It’s a diet book.

But not for me

This book and diet plan has worked for many of my friends but not for me. I have too many allergies. I also disagree with the way they poo-poo vegetarians. Being a vegetarian for 20+ years has been a moral choice for me. My moral choices are not for them to dictate, or for them to claim that God dictates. I have started to eat meat again over the past year, but it is not a pleasure. It's a response to limited food choices.
