This review was written by Marie for a guest review post on Ever After Book Reviews blog: 5 Stars This. This is perfect. On Broken Wings is leaps and bounds by far the best book of this series. Simply amazing. It’s emotional, beautifully written and has brilliantly flawed characters with an intense and obvious chemistry. Ms. Cleeton, you truly outdid yourself here. The love story that was years in the making for our hero, Easy, is both heart-warming and heart-wrenching. The vulnerability of our heroine, Dani, creates a wonderful anticipation as we watch her evolve from the grieving widow into a confident and even stronger woman as she opens her broken heart yet again for a man that truly does love her. I could not put this book down. I started it and within a few hours, it was over. It was just that damn good. ***I read and reviewed a paperback copy of the book in exchange for an honest review. All conclusions reached are my own***
About the author
Chanel Cleeton is the author of Next Year in Havana, the Wild Aces series, and the Capital Confessions series. She received a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Richmond, The American International University in London and a master's degree in Global Politics from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Chanel also received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She loves to travel and has lived in the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.
