What an amazing story, about love, compassion and redemption. I loved the characters and the family in this book. I truly cried in some parts, the way the author writes pulls you heart and soul into the lives of all the leading characters, i love love love this author, thank you for an amazing book.

Shorter, but wonderfully dark, romantic and fast paced. If you don't cry while reading this book, then your made of steel!

About the author
Sandra Lake is the author of The Warlord's Wife and The Iron Princess. She was raised in rural Canada and married her childhood sweetheart (who at times was her childhood nemesis). They are currently living happily-ever-after along with their sons and unruly husky.
