Unabridged Audiobook
All of Rex Stout's Nero Wolfe novels are at the least fairly wonderful, including this one. But this combination of two novelettes is a bit jumbled compared to some, and both suffer from the far-fetchedness of the murder methods. The narrator, I'm afraid, does not do justice to either the tone nor the complexities of the various characters. His reading was quite flat much of the time.
