I first discovered this book back in 2006 or so. And every time I buy a physical copy, it ends up with someone else, I suppose and hope that they found it useful in their lives. So I finally got a digital copy so that I can carry it regardless of the device I'm using. It's a good reference book to have in a competitive world of business. Would recommend and also would buy another physical copy to either keep or gift to another friend.

Donald G. Krause provides consulting services and writes books on competitive strategy implementation and leadership development. He has 30 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies, smaller businesses, health care organizations, the US General Accounting Office, and his own firm.
