I bought this book in the mid 1980's when I lived in Vicenza, in Northern Italy. At this point the pages are food stained, and it opens to my favorites. You couldn't ask for a better example of Northern Itlaian Cooking. If I ever get to Sacramento, I will visit her restaurant.
