Nice principles explained in a simple easy to get manner, but the book gets repetitive at times and the motivation gathered from the previously mentioned lines tends to get lost sometimes. Nevertheless, a helpful read for those struggling to accept and love themselves.

The Self-Love Experiment book is an amazing book to read when you struggle with self-love, your confidence, as well as insecurities. This book helped me a lot and I would recommend it to everyone.
