I am not a fan of spending my time reading books. I'm pretty sure I have ADD. But I had to read this for a class I took and couldn't put the book down. I had my girlfriend read it and she was in tears.

Never thought their were help for criminals and I'm satisfied that this book shows there's still a chance.

John Hubner is a former staff writer at the Boston Phoenix. He was also a magazine writer and investigative reporter for many years at the San Jose Mercury News, where he is now the regional editor. He lives with his wife and two children in Santa Cruz.
