About the author

Although as of press time, Carrie Denny had not yet planned her own wedding, she’s been in the biz for years as editor of Philadelphia magazine’s bridal publication, Philadelphia Wedding. She has fielded questions from brides about whether they can “forget” to invite their super-pretty best friend because they think she might show them up on the big day (no); whether it’s OK for a bride to blow as much of her budget on a personal trainer as she did on the Dress, just to make sure she looked that good in it (yes); and whether it’s really that bad if a bride-to-be changes her entire registry when her groom’s not looking (maybe). She’s spent years as a walking, breathing wedding encyclopedia for her friends, on-call during their engagements like an OB during the ninth month. And yes, when her boyfriend finally cracks, she will be the calmest, coolest, most logical, rational, and non-Bridezilla bride to ever plan a wedding. She lives in Center City, Philadelphia.

Paul Kepple and Scotty Reifsnyder are better known as the Philadelphia-based studio Headcase Design. Scotty is a graduate of Kutztown University and received his M.F.A. from Tyler School of Art, where he had Paul as an instructor.
