great book definitely worth reading when forming a team or organization. favorite parts: clarify the win, teach less for more, work on it. didn't like: didn't really address conflict - things aren't always perfect, i wish they would have talked about that more. great book for motivating and getting people on the same page. the practices are: clarify the win, think steps not programs, narrow the focus, teach less for more, listen to outsiders, replace yourself, work on it.
