Excellent Book

This book is a great primer into the world of baking bread. Foorkish guides you from start to finish. From basic breads to more advanced miches. I highly recommend this book for the starting baker. There is a reason this book won the Beard Award. Happy reading and baking

Bought the book couldn't read it

I recently purchased this book via iBooks and when it downloaded there was an error message across all pages of the book showing a rendering error. Restarting the app didn't fix the issue neither did restarting my phone. I love baking and was really looking forward to giving this a read but now I'm just out $19.
