Amazing to read! Even better to make and eat!
I was impressed with the number of salsas within these electronic pages. I was even more impressed by how one learns how to make enchiladas salsas first before graduating to the more complicated moles. But the best recipe of all is the "secret sauce" often seen gracing one's street tacos. What a recipe! And to think that most ingredients are easily found at one's grocery store (at least in SoCal and Fred Meyers in Alaska). I should had bought this book ages ago.
My mother's very happy for all the avocado-based salsas I've been making, and she's not even into the hot stuff. And that's what I liked best. There was a few tips at the beginning on how to modify recipes for those whose tongues aren't used to the heat. What fantastic ideas! Now I can make my salsas and still satisfy my mom.
