About the Author

Eline Snel is one of the pioneers of meditation for children and has acquired a worldwide reputation for her simple, effective, and compassionate mindfulness method. A therapist and certified trainer in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn), she runs the Academy for Mindful Teaching.
