Wow. This is not just for runners. Most of these recipes are veggie or vegan, but fast, tasty, and each recipe has nutrition infirmation. This is a collection of recipes and the credentials shown for the cooks are impressive. No shunning of a little sugar ( not much, but still tasty). Uses fix ahead and good premade products. Pantry suggestions. Makes use of fruits and vegetables that tend to give you more than two days to use them. This was a really nice Book Bud find.
