Bone broth and intermittent fasting are good and proven concepts. Unfortunately the fake "dr's" knowledge isn't as good. There's a tendency for the author to use pop marketing jargon containing many misinformation and inaccuracies. She backs it up not with research but with bragging about how she's saved so many people from their miserable lives; which with enough repetition hopefully readers won't realize she doesn't actually understand half of what she preaches. ;) We'll save you some time and spare you the BS: - Bone broth is very nutritious for your body. Try to incorporate it into your diet. - Intermittent fasting works. - With a higher quality diet, your overall health, skin, energy, etc. will of course improve! Cheers
