This book is a good read. I am a fan of Laurie's stand up comedy. When she wrote this book, it was 10 years after I lost my father. This book isn't going to tell you how to grieve, but it will tell you that the thoughts, experiences and adventures are in common with each other. The chapter and section about sex. Not wanting to found... I am not going to spoil the book. Just read it. Laugh, Enjoy and listen to some jazz and cry out loud. Thanks for writing this book.

Her hour-long special, 45 Jokes About My Dead Dad, was named one of the Best Comedy Specials of 2016 by Decider, Paste, and Vulture. As a stand-up comedian, she has appeared on CONAN, Last Comic Standing, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Comedy Central.
