    Hands down the best burger book there is!!!

    I lusted over the pictures from this book before and after I bought it, but fell in love with each and every recipe. SO HAPPY that it’s finally in the Apple bookstore so that I can preserve my hard copy. It’s easy to follow and there isn’t anything that is hard to find or complicated to attempt. The kimchi base recipe is the best and I look forward to when rhubarb is in season to pull a pre-measured kimchi base from the freezer and add it to my monthly batch of homemade kimchi. Must have book in anyone’s collection!
