The new voice actor they used for this book is awful. I have bought all the Anita Blake audio books up to this point and I'm use to Kimberly Alexis voice. It's like they tried to order he r voice off Wish and got something laughable instead. I bought this book assuming that they would use the same voice actor and I'm beyond pissed they did not!! I am so irritated by the change in voice I'm gonna stop buying the audio book from this series.

I can't with this narrator's voice. It's so bland and boring. I've read all the books in this series and now I'm listening to the audiobooks. This one is HORRIBLE and it's not the story. Its whomever reading is...geesh...this one will be hard to push through. Where's Kimberly Alexis when you need her...

There's a different narrator for this one. She really rushes through a lot of parts. I'm not happy with this audio book compared to the previous ones in the series.
